Privacy Policy

Proofaroo stores user-entered product proof locally on your device. Product names, receipt photos, warranty dates, return deadlines, serial numbers, store names, notes, reminders, claim events, generated PDFs, and CSV exports stay on device unless you choose to share or export them.

What Proofaroo does not do

Proofaroo does not connect to your bank, read your email, operate a backend account system, sell your data, or provide legal, financial, or warranty advice. Proofaroo does not use tracking permission or IDFA.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Proofaroo schedules local reminders on your device for warranty and return dates you create.

Purchases

Proofaroo uses Apple's in-app purchase system to manage Proofaroo Pro. Release builds may also use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status. Purchase processing may involve Apple account purchase information, transaction identifiers, and entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features.

Product analytics

Proofaroo may send privacy-filtered funnel events such as onboarding completion, first value creation, Claim Pack preview, paywall views, purchase results, free limit hits, and feature gate hits. These events do not include product names, receipt photos, serial numbers, store names, notes, claim text, or exported file contents.
